With when I first started - this is about even

I likely will sell half and see if anyone steps in to bid - as the Mariano's locations and approach should win big time if there is some capital behind it

(and like Korger - if there is another chain that can come in to WI with their scale -- ....)

Maybe a 10% chance of any sort of bidding war - and maybe a $5 cap to the PPS (as any buyer is buying a ton of debt) - but why not sell half before this deal may go south and hold the other half for a while
