This certainly took long enough. But, better late than never. I'm glad to see it.

Maybe now we'll see proceedings commenced against the relief defendants.

Cavanagh's fellow Defendant in the EOSC case, Frank Nicolois, who is also his fellow Relief Defendant in the SPNGQ case, was denied early termination of supervision requested by his US Probation Officer.

I doubt that Judge Irizarry has approved Cavanagh's international travel request so that Mr. Cavanagh can enjoy a nice vacation, not when she was so adamant in her refusal to approve Mr. Nicolois' early suspension of probation.
