In my opinion, Brazil would come at second, closely followed by European teams.

A fact: European nation always won world cup that happened in Europe (with one exception: Brazil in 1958, but then there was Pele). South American nations won all world cups happened in America. The overall score now is: South American 9 vs Europe 8.
