No, I dont think that is the case.

I think it is a CEO who ran onto some hard times, but was sloppy as hell in executing a plan that would keep its shareholders whole.

Nah, they were in this business for 15 years. Public for maybe 7 or so.. always the same share structure until last year in September of 2014.. I checked filings 3 years back.. same OS, no convertible notes. Otcmarkets.com says never r/s.
.. Asif is good in running business when market is good and it's easy to be profitable. .
but once the bad weather hit the company in winter of 2014 and then steel prices started falling and he needed quick cash to get company going , he started making mistakes that cost company in long term.. plain and simple.. the guy needs help
