Agreed smoka...as duffy's post brilliantly outlines...if this was a stock play for them they could've and would've already been selling shares at prices at .50 cents and above already.
Soooooooo there's no chance that after issuing themselves all that restricted 144 stock in their incredible balance sheet clean up endeavors that they're suddenly going to start filing to sell...especially since even if they did file a form announcing their intention to sell...according to the SEC's clearly defined rules governing affiliate 144 stock...the absolute maximum they could sell over the course of any entire 3 month period is a paltry 1% of GEQU's O/S...so in other words an amount so paltry that if they really had intentions of selling such a paltry amount...they would've done so at any point over the past +3 years but haven't done so because they have a much bigger vision in play here right cheers!
