I'm not sure that this actual marketplace called the OTC Markets and Pink Sheets isn't actually the reason people feel they have gotten ripped off in someway by companies like BZTG. As my default signature suggest, this market is mostly populated by unregulated, non-transparent, non-reporting companies on a OTC Markets Group electronic bulletin board that is not a securities exchange or broker-dealer. Blaming individuals for using these markets as they are specifically set-up and implemented isn't fully accurate. The OTC Markets Group issues numerous investor warnings and uses tier disclosure guidelines. Also there is no assurance OTC information is accurate as issued under safe-harbor guidelines.
