Why would Nasrat withhold that information from the shareholders ?? He claims to be concerned about the stock price, so why not inform us "WHEN HE SUBMITS" and "WHEN THE FDA ACCEPTS IT" ??? There is no "real" point in keeping us in the dark or is there !!!!!
Yep. Great fundamental story here for ELTP... Although I think this goes back to bed for the next few months. Interest will wain as there are no catalysts to move this or maintain volume.
Also, the submission decision is interesting and think it's being smartly played by Nasrat. Not letting the public know when he actually files gives him breathing room into 2016. If he doesn't file by year end no one will know. This is good actually bc then the stock can't get hammered on a "missed deadline". They will just PR the FDA acceptance in 2016 and at that point people won't really care if he filed in 2015 or 2016.
Going to let the smoke clear a bit and get back to sitting on the bid at support levels. This is a 2016 play... Always has been.
