I didn't see where it said Claro sold shares on the open market...???

I did read where Claro is one of five individuals... who are/were in an agreement to sell some 230 million shares... in a private transaction... of which only 60 million shares are known by the company to have been delivered... at this point in time...

In fact I didn't read anything in the report... that showed that any insiders... have sold any shares in the open market...

I still maintain... Insiders are not selling any shares...
