Huh? Then let them short it now.. If the news is that good then they'll be forced to cover higher. Lol, never heard of anyone trying to avoid a squeeze in their favor..

Did the company pay the $18k in promotional newsletters or some "third-party"?

The market maker do not want to NAKE-SHORT unless they have no other choice, no other solution, and they have to make the market.

MM is like you and me going to work and their job is to close on their book. At the end of the day, they can not have too many orders opened. They can virtually get fire because of that. The 3 days rule that does not allow them to have it opened. If they nake-short, they will try to close it ASAP.

The reason not to issue 2 prs in a row is totally wrong. Marketing is all about capturing the image. You can't not mail out one letter and expecting them to open and view the content. You must continue your campaign mail 7 to 8 times in-order for them to acknowledge you.

In pennyland, issuing news is all about TIMING.
YOU DO NOT WANT TO RUN OUT THE BULLETS. One good news can virtually divide and issue it 3-4 times. First, you announce the intention... then the agreement MOU, time and place to close, then finally close on the deal.

This isn't about pumping the stock. Its all about marketing your company, your product and you must keep it in front of the audience at all time.

$VGID - So "Buzzy", if you're an investor that's is not on Ihub then you don't get the CC #'s and converted share numbers because of what you assume market makers assume?

I believe that you should involve all current, past and potential shareholders about these events with an official PR. (But hey it's not my company, I just own awholelota shares).

Excuses are a sign of weakness where I come from!

11/6/2015-
"I recognize that the phone in information for the conference call was not included in the last pres release. That was not an error. That was purposeful. We will be disclosing all the contact information in a subsequent press release early in the week. We wanted a reason to tie the two releases together."

11/9/2015 -
"The conversion ratio is 10.38 to one so we rounded it to an even 10 to 1.
The math is as follows:
623,017,000 shares issued
Minus 311,550,000 (My shares)
Total is 311,467,000

311,467,000 Divided by 30,000,000 = 10.38"

11/9/2015 -
"I had the intention of releasing a formal PR this evening. Due to the shenanigans of market makers and such, I have decided not to release that. As soon as a company releases press 2 weeks in a row, market makers start shorting stocks to death because they assume the companies are raising money and the stock will go down."

So, let me make sure I understand this. You promise a PR with details but there were none because you want to save the details to the following week in another PR. Then you pump the day the PR will come out WITH details on a certain date and then use a reason that the MM on this day manipulated the stock so bad that you decided to no longer make any details ( formal in the PR) PLUS the only ones who will know about the CC will ONLY be known to those reading THIS message board.. and you will now only talk of developments through an unofficial CC.

You say you're not selling but the market slashed your PPS 50% within 24 hours. This is screaming scam and you should make clarification, quickly before lawsuits follow.

Is this insider pump even legal??
