the issue here isnt with what the companies past is. we have already had the conversation of the current share structure. nothing new there.
the issue is that there is 5M that the company will get and use the second all the toxic lenders are dealt with.
This R/S is here to get rid of that toxic lender.
IF the R/S even happens.
it could just be an ultimatum.
Accept the money we want to give you.
or sell your shares for less.
look where you want you clearly dont want to look for information that shows where the company is headed you just want to look at where its been.
when we get this 5 million and we start distributing im going to be happy.
you wont care either way
