When a .05cent company inks a licensing agreement with a $150 industry leader on the bigboards, the PPS will not sit idle, the volume will not stay low. We may in fact be seeing the last days at these levels around .05 cents, when the catalyst comes there is no stopping new highs and higher trading levels.
