Respectfully I do not think an auditor is actually engaging these books. It can all be another story.

IMO, there is no reason for a public company to engage a public accounting firm to perform an audit unless 10K's and Q's were going to be filed. Hell, that is like running 90% of a marathon and then simply deciding for no reason to stop and not finish the race.

Gut sense tells me no more public filings will be made, except for a Form 15-g, or perhaps j. If they are smarter than the average bear that is.

I am of the opinion additional considerations were gifted during the dark period, which is keeping the company dark, consequentially.

We will see what is filed eventually, or not filed at all. Time will tell. Both of our opinions are moot until the company comes back to life, or perhaps not.
