#4205 RE: Jayyy #4202

The statement and claims:
I will NOT CALL those crooks either. As i said--if they have $85m commitment as in binding, thenRoTH should be hiring the auditors like yesterday, and all that is necessary to get out of the "dark". Just like the Chinese announcement resulted in NO SALES, its predictable that an $85 million commitment to company with no cash to run it is just IR self promoting babble.

The reality:
The Chinese announcement did not cite any future sales figures. There is groundwork to be done to support the distribution agreements in China and in India. In India in particular, an additional 12 week study of Sucanon is in the works to comply with Indian government requests. Based on the previous demonstrated efficacy of Sucanon that should be no problem other than ROTH is a small growing company that must direct their limited resources wisely to make the most of the many opportunities: with sales growth in Mexico through Similares stores and website, the new approval in Canada for nonprescription sale, and of course the huge potential with the India distribution agreement. IMO the priorities are to continue existing sales growth and get ready for significantly ramping up the Sucanon production and tableting, support the clinical study required for India, support ongoing expansion efforts and opportunities in other countries, and performing the audit, in that order.
As a shareholder, the focus is and should be as above since the proven efficacy of Sucanon is there, but needs successful communication to continue to grow the sales. Sales will ultimately determine the success of this company. It's common sense and really as straightforward as the science if one considers the publicly available information.
The problem here is that it is easy to portray a narrative of fake drug, only inactive ingredients etc that has been continued despite conclusive proof of its falsity. Then it's that Canogens offices are fake or in/above a diner etc.
I encourage all to look up the publicly available information on Sucanon, Canogen, pharmacia Similares etc. In fact if any are positioned to visit Similares stores or website, report back any findings and as always "trust but verify"
