The last SEC report stating the CEO's share ownership was September 24, 2015. That number is 1,953,456,970 as you noted.

Regarding your inference/calculation that the CEO sold 13,764,322 shares from his personal inventory prior to November 5, 2015, do you have any detailed information as to the actual date of execution of any related trade, and the type of trade that occurred?
