#55521 RE: dweeb79 #55516

They did start the pool. They recovered well over 100 bitcoins and were supposed to upgrade to the most powerful pool in the US. Electricity was nearly 60k per month. We were told a new data center was being built. A lie? So far seems so, but if the pool goes back online with audits and reasonable share structure this will be worth multiple pennies. Company hasn't shown they're committed to what they've claimed but this bottom stock can bounce if they update on anything!

Somewhere along the way, I got involved with the BFL project.  (No one from the indictment is involved in this company, in fact two of them have since died including my father.)  With regards to BFL, I'm proud to have played a role in it's start up and focus on the current products, but I am not a majority owner.  The company has 22 employees who are all dedicated and focused on delivering a truly amazing best in class product.

The bitcoin community and it's success are important to me and my past isn't a threat to it or to the BFL corporation.  I hope you can see that.

Thanks for your time in reading this.

Kind regards,
Sonny Vleisides

... via his associates John Landgraf and Christian Eyerman, I'll start with the following in that effort.

This is Jody's FB page: https://www.facebook.com/jody.pinchin. For a person who loves Bitcoin so much, why doesn't she accept it on her online presences or B&Ms?

Further, what is it with these people who own entities being so afraid to declare that they're part of it? In this case, Jody Pinchin is very much a part of BTC Pool Party, yet wants to come across as  somebody who just so happens to live on the same lagoon. Same true of Jeff Ownby's The Barn Presents.

The Pinchins (Jody, Tim and Dhugald) are exposed here: The Dubious Connections Behind The RevampedSource Gold Corp. (SRGL) Pump & Dump. It's this entity that's associated with BTC Pool Party that's connected to Sonny Vleisides' former associate John Landgraf.

"The acquisition of a Bitcoin Digital Currency Mining Corporation is an exciting development for Microelectronics Technology Co for several reasons," states company president Brett Everett. "With this acquisition the company is acquiring a new customer for the Dynamo Server division creating a vertical with significant growth potential at the same time entering into the dynamic Bitcoin arena with a business model that creates opportunity for entry level investors to participate in Bitcoin mining with limited financial exposure." The company expects to announce the completion of formal documentation by April 18, 2014.

Shortly after announcing the acquisition MELY announced via a press release dated April 9, 2014 that plans for a phase one 100 TH/s Mining Center had begun. MELY had initiated negotiations with Institutional Investment Funds for equipment acquisition financing. As stated in their PR from April 9, 2014;

"The Company is in negotiations for a NON-DILUTIVE credit facility of five million dollars for the acquisition and development of the digital currency mining center the company is developing through its Dynamo Server division."

<Sonny Vleisides looks at BTC Pool Party's stats, then peruses EMC's stats, then decries, "I start the bidding for the sale of EMC at $100M USD. First bid wins!">

Feds: BFL, can I see your auctioneer license.
Sonny: I think it's on Jeff Ownby's computer with our online gaming licenses.

For those playin' at home YELLING, "Bruno, there's no fuckin' way you can prove that those are BFL's miners!"

I reply with, "Really!"

Who owns BetVIP.com? Only Sonny Vleisides and Jeff Ownby.

What other pool does BetVIP.com use to mine? ONLY BFL's EclipseMC.

Peanut gallery: Bruno, any proof that such is true?
Bruno: Not one iota! I make up this shit as I go alone just to piss off the #AskLEOs and make a certain cockroach laugh his ass off at my expense from the comforts of his fully paid-for roach-cave.  ::)
Peanut gallery: Next, you'll be sayin' that Sonny and Jeff used Silk Road to convert their mined BTC.
Bruno: Okay!

What is BTC Pool Party worth? ONLY $5M USD. Damn, that sucks. If only they could get one more customer, then they'll be worth twice as much.

MICROELECTRONICS RESULTS FROM THE BITCOINS CONFERENCE IN NEW YORK

May 13, 2015. Monarch Bay, California.

Microelectronics Technology Company (OTCPK: MELY) is pleased to report results after attending and exhibiting at the Bitcoins Conference in New York City.

BTC Pool Party, on behalf of Microelectronics Technology Company, was an active participant in the Bitcoins Conference in New York this past April 27th – 29th. Additionally, BTC Pool Party was a Sponsor for the Event and participated with an exhibit during the Conference.

The attendance for the 2015 conference was approximately 1,300 participants, individuals and companies representing all aspects of the Bitcoin community; this attendance number was similar to the conference held in 2014.  Majority of the conference participants stopped at the BTC Pool Party exhibit to learn more about the transparency of the pool, the technology on which it is based, and to learn how the Company is solidifying its position in the Bitcoin community.

Microelectronics increased its recognition throughout the participants of the conference and developed strong alliances with manufacturers and developers of the new chip technology.  The Company has entered into active communication with those manufacturers and developers invested in supplying the Company with an increase in mining production.

“The Company also pleased to be asked to assist in the advancement of ‘friends of the pool initiative’, where the goal is to create an alliance of companies working together to support and promote our industry”. Stated President Brett Everett. “This is a strategic time for Microelectronics and BTC Pool Party growth.”

The primary goal of BTC Pool Party was to attract other miners to the pool.  Many large miners as well as independent miners expressed interest in BTC Pool Party.  There is a significant list of potential miners interested in joining BTC Pool Party.  Several have been in communication with the Company to schedule testing of their specific miners on the pool.

The company continues to develop and improve the BTCPOOLPARTY mining pool with the introduction of more detailed stats of the mining operations available as the Company moves forward.

Gleb Gamow:
Did you guys know that when the FTC raided BFL, Jeff Ownby wasn't in the office, ergo the files on any of his computers weren't copied since he ONLY used his personal computer there?

Snip

Wait, are you saying Jeff Berwick is involved with these scamming mother fuckers?

I have no proof, nor plan on seeking such, baring in mind that any grand marketing scheme needs a voice on the airways, in which case Jeff fits the bill handsomely. Recall, he told his audience that he was only goin' down to Argentina just for a look-see at Casey's Galt's Gulch with no intention of purchasing, but came back to the airways championing the enterprise. In fact, there's a thread about it on this very forum, leaving it to you guys to hunt it down because currently I'm taking a shit and don't what to get my hand dirty prior to wiping my ass.  ::)

Shy of proper articulation, I'm leaning toward the theory that Satoshi Nakamoto is made of those in Doug Casey's camp, with the moniker being a clever marketing ploy because everybody loves a good whodunit.

Exactly how Sonny and BFL fits in all this is still unclear, but if I were in Sonny's shoes I would have no problem in having extra batches of chips manufactured and turned into miners unbeknownst to anybody save those he truly trusts, then distributed accordingly, paid for via bitcoins to unknown wallet addresses. I'd loved to have been a fly on the walls when BFL sat up in Argentina during some conference.

Upon reading http://www.dollarvigilante.com/blog/2014/8/27/the-good-the-bad-and-the-ugly-on-galts-gulch-chile.html I feel that Jeff's a good guy, but could have easily been played by Doug Casey if he, too, like Ken Johnson, is acting nefariously.

I've connected two former associates of Sonny Vleisides to Doug Casey, one of which is behind BTC Pool Party selling it as a bag of goods, yet only has one miner uses its services of which is directly connected to BFL even after claiming to have a successful outing at the New York Bitcoin Conference less than two months ago.

Sonny Vleisides best not be associated with Brett Everett's BTC Pool Party unless he declared any DOGE holdings.

Unless the SEC has a habit of just mailing out notices using any addresses they please, it looks like Brett Everett just recently moved his operation(s) to Las Vegas. Hey, maybe he plans on running for governor just like Sonny's Daddy-O, James Ray Houston, The Silver King.

Perhaps, Brett can convince the SEC to settle what's owed via DOGE as soon as he finds time to simply file what being requested regardless the amount.

"I just bought shares in a bitcoin mining operation. One dude showed his near-$8M USD in profits in parenthesis on the website's fully-transparent disclosure form emphasizing the possibilities. To the moon, Jerry! To the moon. I'm goin' show Newman how to play. You in, too, Jer? BTW, I also bought a dog named So Wow from the same Brett dude. And, no, this ain't goin' end like my episode with that Skropenis dude. I should've listened to my friend, Gleb, on that one."

Bitcoin Mining: BTC

The company is in development of a 100 TH/s mining pool.

The company will be investing in the required hardware needed to provide the targeted 100 TH/s rate over the period of six to eight months.

The company will be operating this cyber currency mining center in an open pool configuration allowing other miners to join the pool for a proportional percentage share of the mining pool production.

Hey, Brett, meet Amy and Bryan Ballard of Netsolus in KC that were also goin' use Monarchs for their pool that never materialized. Thank God you have BFL's BetVIP mining on your pool. That's some party! Get one more miner on your pool and you'll need an essential employee like Bruce Peterson to manage it, siphoning off bitcoins for his self-imposed bonuses like he did at BFL.
