Part of the lawsuit against CT was the cancellation of the shares given to her, or 40,000,000. She also faces potential damage and self-interest issues over and above the daily costs for failing to turn over all document and in fact destroying them. As to the lawsuit against PriceWaterhouse. The judge did not dismiss the case for lack of merit and one wonders if they could sell all assets as they did. I would like to read the lawsuit if you can tell me where to find it and/or be able to follow the case as we could with the lawsuit against CT. A reverse split is in the offering but it may not be as bad as originally mentioned.
What keeps me interested is Bruce and company could have taken the write down and moved on but are trying to revive the company and have the capability. As regards Alas 7, I am not sure he sold all of his shares and disappeared.

The above comments may or may not be totally accurate and based on my memory only. Corrections or clarifications are welcomed.

Perhaps "they were ready".....

Made a lot of cash here and am happy for long time holders. Where is Alias? Long time holders pay attention to the PR stating "The shareholders of NovaRx will own 25% of Viropro’s total outstanding shares as of the date of the closing." We are already at 1.4 billion outstanding and 1.6 billion authorized so they are going to have to increase AS to even allow the merger to occur so there will be a PR regarding that which won't be good for SP. Also, don't forget about the shares awarded to prior management. Serge has over 100 million I think. CT has a lawsuit in Montana for non payment and the lawsuit against PriceWaterhouse is laughable if you read and this time we are not going against Alias's daughter representing Tsai. If we hit a penny, it may be time to take some off the table.

May see a spike, just be ready.

great sticky......lmao
