Why would they go through all that trouble to do the factoring deal and buy back those notes if they were going to let the next notes convert anyway. I think they will keep factoring each new receivable and buying back more notes until the merger closes and the big cash rolls in.

One last comment they have a guarantee with a hedge fund on the Ronton purchase so wouldn't it be nice when the merger closes they pay all the notes in full so we have no further dilution.

GDSI has motivation to keep the price above .01 by March 16 so I'm confident the dilution will be minimal because the company can't afford more dilution and the loss of shareholders or this major plan goes for naught....see what I mean.
