Only private Hedge Fds are possible buyers of the OTC stocks such as Dart Family Eastern Capital etc.

I have already witnessed 10 to 15 Mutual Fds + Institutionals (Fidelity, Morgan Stanley etc.) investing in a potential growth Pharma within 1 to 3 months after they uplisted to the NASDAQ from the OTC.

Once up listed to NASDAQ the big institutional investors will eventually come in. I believe stock price must be $5 for a period of time before they can pull the trigger.

We already know Morgan Stanley has their eye on Elite. Others no doubt have their eye on Elite as well.
