The FAA may have Baltia go back to Phase 2 "...greater than 90 days..." clause and at this rate it may go to 180 days or longer. Right now Baltia is just one big effing mess with the toilet bowel swirling.

And the "New" Eastern is not in heavy debt considering the size of the operation...I believe they will have their third or forth aircraft by the end of the year (B737-800)...Baltia has sold and spent 110M worth of stock so far trying to get approved...Eastern spent probably 10-12M tops and they were done under 2 years and if you don't believe me check the filings for the "New" Eastern they have spread sheets with all estimated costs and investment money. ” In addition, the applicant must maintain an active project. The CHDO must evaluate an inactive period that exceeds 90 days. Inactivity of greater than 90 days may be cause to terminate the certification process, or you may terminate the process when it is clear that continuing the process will not result in approval or acceptance (i.e., multiple failures of the applicant’s submissions). If there is a change to aircraft make/model during the certification process, the project must be restarted at the beginning of Phase 2 or reviewed for possible termination

certdog, would this part of the SAS or whatever it's called affect Baltia?
