I voted NO on just about every issue. No R/S. No to pay raise. No to Pearlman staying on the board. I really don't see a great deal of benefit in a R/S except it MIGHT shake out the naked shorts and increase price share. A medium size award 200-400 MIL will do the same thing. At that point I will exist and sit on the side with free shares and watch you guys deal with spooky!
