I actually found two investment firms he seems to be the principal in, but the trail ends there. He's in Texas, where the company's IR firm is also headquartered, but there doesn't seem to be any info about his companies anywhere, so I assume it's basically just him. His wife bought the odd 30k shares lot from the offering, I found her on FaceBook, but couldn't get anything meaningful from there either.
