So apparently CLVLF holders vote through the broker who sponsored their CLVLF shares? Does not really make sense that a non Clinuvel sponsored DR would have voters rights while the sponsored ADR does not.

Yes, you are correct. Years ago when I covered my Epitan shares to the ADRs it was a 10 for 1 deal, after the CUV reverse split that later occurred CLVLY and CUV became 1:1.
