Amazing news Luna!!! As always thank you very much for all your hardwork and it is truly appreciated :-) :-)
It looks like the stake is HUGE and we're not talking about a few millions but hundreds of millions of dollars in deals and revenues. The most optimistic part for me is as follows:

1. Innovative companies are involved.
2. Highly successful individuals are involved and since the deals are massive in nature, I'm sure they'll work things out nicely based on their previous experience.
3. Top financial institution ready to fund. Why? Because contracts are already in place from top companies and this implies revenues are guaranteed soon :-)
4. Global will be in a position to compete directly with the top fortune companies in the industry soon.
5. Of course stock will fly to new heights before the PR hits the web in the next few weeks or a month. Market cap will be HUGE!!!
6. This is already NOT a penny stock anymore :-)

I really don't see any 'bad news' considering good things always take time IMHO. Good luck all!

Luna, excellent work on digging up all that information. Are they planning to purchase or lease machinery from Europe, ship it to the U.S. in order to manufacture in PA?
