Fire; you have got to be joking! its at .003 now, It is the lack of progress that has dropped the pps over the past two years to where it is at now.

Pass the Mini and the pps goes up a little, start the proving runs the price goes up a bit more.

Baltia is the only entity drawing the pps down, and holding it down.

Firestream, finally somebody else has the same thoughts. I've been saying that there is some entity that is driving the price down intentionally and I don't know who would do that and is there any motive for Baltia to want its pps at these levels.
