They keep paying TheraCour because TheraCour is providing the R&D services that NNVC needs in order to get a product (or set of products) into Clinical Testing and then into Production and Revenue Generation.

We've been hearing that bullshit for nearly a decade and the only revenue generation has been to Seymour and Diwan to the tune of millions.

Dear Seymour -Follow up about Diwan's company

Why are you still paying Theracoure a markup of 30%? Also why are you paying 30% markup on payroll taxes? Why and how much are you paying for Diwan and wife at Theracoure? Do you pay a 30% markup on their salary too? After all the millions of $$$ spent by NNVC what IP does NNVC own? Are you being blackmailed by Diwan that you and the board allow such behavior? Considering Diwan's dismal record at NNVC and prior history of not accomplishing anything, do you believe Diwan would qualify for even a $60,000 job at another pharmaceutical company?

Posting open letters with questions that are designed to be both open-ended, and for which one would not be willing to accept the answers anyway is a pointless exercise.

The TheraCour technology is mostly going to be valuable once the remaining technical hurdles are overcome in order to get production levels reliably into the Kg quantities. For now - even before production levels are achieved - the technology is valuable to NNVC because without it - getting to Clinical Testing for an ant-viral compounds would not happen.

Since TheraCour hasn't misrepresented itself to NNVC,.... what's there to sue about?

But - can't hurt to ask - even if one really should already know the answers.

Word from people in the know is that Diwan thinks of NNVC shareholders as fools and he is entitled to all the money he's taking. Do you think the source is correct?
