They didn't sell any shares...they issued restricted 144 shares to mgmt. in lieu of salaries owed and all those shares are now subject to insider/affiliate regulations...thus a non-factor...which is a sure sign that mgmt. believes there's a plethora of unlocked value approachin' over the next several months/quarters:)

They gave the shares to Taylor. They didn't sell them.

Isn't cash on hand better so instead of paying them cash they can keep the cash in the bank also if the guy takes shares that equals what not a lot of money at this PPS doesn't that tell you something
