SEC Rules allow for a retraction or clarification of previous statements that were found to be untrue or false. They didn't have to do it, but they did. I was impressed at the time that they made the effort. A lot of pinky CEOs wouldn't have. Apparently there was other construction that was started on the same property. So it wasn't a lie, but it was very confusing. I think that's why they put out the clarification PR. Stand up thing to do if you ask me.
