What you call negativity is in reality facts that have exposed Zale and Zalemark.

Zale/Zalemark have been operating in a veil of secrecy - until they have been exposed recently - most investors blindly followed the Zalemark false and misleading press releases without raising any questions - no matter how absurd the press release.

The Shroud of Secrecy - involves raising the A/S by 100% without informing shareholders.

Zale has yet to discuss the Jewelry TV lawsuit and settlement - which could have a huge impact on ZMRK going forward.

Why hasn't Zale informed shareholders about missing the deadline of the Crayola jewelry being available in the 3rd quarter?

And there is the issue of why Zalemark ceased operating in California - that is they only Zalemark office and according to the State of California:

Foreign corporations – The business entity surrendered its right to transact business in the State of California

So Zalemark is out of business or they are conducting business illegally in California.

Recent Fact: NO Crayola jewelry in any stores. You can't put a "spin" on that.
But the "wishful thinkers" keep thinking it will miraculously show up in a major retailers showcase for Christmas. And when it doesn't...that will be still be OK as they will wishful think it into 2016.
