Yep as blue Dragon said that section is literally in every set of filings....the filings here are probably the cleanest/best I've ever read...the thing is is that everywhere else people like to avoid the filings and never encourage people to read them...

I kid you not pull 50 sets of filings and you're going to see 50 different "going concerns" and all 50 will sound so bad it will make you laugh. Most "going concern" sections make you think the company might be out of business in a month or less
