I've been a Nasdaq trader for 20 years.
Many new listings have tons of debt/deficit with no revenues.
You can have a deficit in the billions and zero revenues, I.e. Sat radio stocks and IPO on the Naz.

That's why I laugh at all this focus on deficit, debt and profitability.
Absolutely relevant for your typically penny as that is the only objective metric to establish the likelihood of a scam.
Absolutely irrelevant for a REAL company.

TRTC meets all requirements to uplist except share price...
