Months ago when this new EPA process started, I called and they were cautiously optimistic. Yesterday was more of the same. So I do think things are moving forward, but can't say with 100% certainty. You can call and form your own opinion.
Though I do kinda think the lawfirm staffed with former EPA workers, that they've hired to handle things, will be the difference.
