I've been following this stock for quite awhile now. IMO it is clearly a scam and I am on record of saying the same. The founder is on record of lying multiple times. We even have his email stating 15,000 np-1s already shipped to retail and we know that was clearly a lie among so many more. The FACT that part of his conviction requires mandatory psychological counseling for three years after he gets out of jail is very telling indeed as it is unusual. The FACT that shareholders have been promised audited financials for years and then never get delivered is telling in itself. Even NGTL was promised to have audited financials right after the SHM and still nothing. The promise of no increase in A/S then immediately three huge increase is laughable. The fact that the SEC hasn't halted this stock is no surprise it's a Government org. and slow to do anything, but sadly among Gov. organizations it stand out as a joke. Completely inept and essentially impotent. All one has to do is look at what happened with Madoff whereas they were informed of wrong doing what 8 years before and they still dropped the ball and people and organizations lost $50 billion. What a joke it truly is. Then again in truth it's an old boys club too. They made an example of Martha Stewart over a 100 grand when she was worth well over a billion and it was pocket change to her but put her in jail at the same time others were trading and making literally millions on insider information and nothing done. Then let's not forget the literally trillion that was robbed from the public in the mortgage debacle and did anyone ever go to jail for that? How often does one hear of a case of fraud and/or insider trading coming from the SEC at the same time it's essentially going on daily in the market. So don't expect much from the SEC and clearly the scammers know this so they continue their activities knowing full well they're free to do so with little downside.
