AS I said - that's just pure bullshit. David Foley runs NTEK. That's the simple fact.

He can call himself Assistant Dishwasher. Butt he runs (and funds via Royal Capital Group, and owns via the Series A Preferred SUPERVOTING shares he holds) every aspect of NTEK.

Even from prison. And he has been caught at prison doing just that - multiple times already. Yet he still continues to do it (and get caught at it).
That is the FACT.

Oh, and BTW, he's a sociopath/psychopath. So there's that too.

The court ordered three years of mandatory mental health treatment once he gets ~OUTT of prison - because he's a sociopath/psychopath.
