Thanks for the insight into the sidebar, and for the post by mtsugawa.

Probably a good bet Micron, through its employee and outside counsel, will try to influence the good Judges about the evils of injunctions in patent cases.

Damn shame Rambus has no representative on the panel. Apparently Mr. Stone will need to make his case in court.

How does this stuff get arranged?
