Couple points FWIW :-)

These registered offerings, while obviously dilutive, are way better than the unregistered floorless convertibles that actually "nearly wiped the stock price out"---the day before the 100M offering became Effective (and shares could be sold), the PPS closed at .0015...Tangiers has to be much more selective in their carnage with this vehicle so as to maintain their profit margin as they sell...

and this latest offering filed today---will not become effective until the SEC says so--but thanks for the warning LOL...
