You are absolutley right and hit the nail on the head. We all know that person selling to himself and he's on this board :-) He's got about 15000 shares remaining to fill on the bid at 16 cents. Nobody in their right mind will sell at the this bid price. By the time his order fills, the SP will be at 16 DOLLARS!!! LOL! :-) :-)
SP will fly so high you may want to change your ID to 'securious' ;-)
