If anyone is watching the trading closely, Dutchess must be trying to prop this up as it takes tens of thousands of shares to move it up $0.05 and only a couple of thousand of shares to knock it down $0.10-$0.15. Must have something to so with raising more money. The problem is once it is closed, volume will dry up and stock drifts lower again.
