Yup. But OTC Markets is the only place "filings" can now be found. And none of them say anything about the new company, which hasn't even been granted a name change yet. The Form 15 can be found, however. It indicates that the new owners were not interested in bringing the shell current with the SEC, essentially meaning none of the old data, or the new, if and when it is provided, can be relied upon.
Of course, that doesn't mean they can now make any claims they want to, such as attributing insanely ludicrous gold values to these old claims, without fear of a possible SEC reprisal.
Sadly, the Skookum Report they're touting is a pipe dream. There will be NO new placer operation starting of the size and profitability it projects--anywhere in the mainland US, ever. Mark my words!
