I have checked year and year since 2004. The PPS dropped from 0.9 to 0.0015. Once RS, company will sell more toxic debts and PPS will keep dropping. You can keep laughing next year.
No need to wait until 2016. With the reverse split scheduled for mid-December and the 10-K to follow in late December which will show how much cash the Kosmos deal actually brought in, it should be easy to conclude whether or not more dilution is in the cards. And for those who can't (or refuse to) figure it out, the subsequent stock price and volume will provide a clearer answer.
