I looked into this a while ago Pontiac. A while back when Titan shifted to Sport and decided to use Ximedica for its R and D it needed to downsize its office. I can't remember the exact situation but I think Titan may lease it's office space from octagon or vice versa. It's in the financial and MD and A.
