WHY would they go to the shelf PRIOR to the release of the Prototypes. Seems like they WANT to dilute us more...truly baffles me. Just about everything they do makes NO SENSE. HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND.

They HAVE the money until the end of the year...why on earth not wait until prototype PRs when PPS is HIGHER ???
