NHL makes sense and canopy seems to make sensible decisions....
A lot of cost savings in time & money for both by having them in the factory
But I also think they need some of this space for a "tasting room" similar to ones at breweries as well as a gift shop....this place is going to be a tourist destination....The tasting room would be worth the trip to smith falls...
