Still no 8K(for details of the up to $5M) nor S-1(to register shares for GHS and details if no 8K is filed) and we've been notified that the annual will be late.

They don't seem to want to file anything that would include the current OS in a timely manner.

BTW-they're late on the Nevada state annual list of officers filing too which is tied to their business license which expired 10/31/2015.


$3550 with $175 of it being late fees

An AS increase will happen soon, by the first 2 weeks in Dec. but they'll have to file the annual list of officers first, can't increase the AS until the annual is filed.
