Why did you leave out the date on that? It was two years ago - LONG before the Company went bankrupt.

That story is obsolete and has no factual basis today. Quiksilver is now insolvent, which is why they had to file for bankruptcy and why the Common Stock will be cancelled and all ownership transferred to the secured debt holders.
