Actually you both are correct! there will inevitably be a run here! I've notice this "cycle" to occur around certain holidays!
Thanksgiving, but more noticeable the Xmas season!
Insiders tends to spark up some whimsical idea that incites players to buy their company shares!
Then when the PPS stacks up, they dump it to oblivion and walk away with their usual sizable spending money for the holidays.
Obviously during this occurrence, any player that just-so-happens to have a position, where their market values goes up a few legs, luckily, they'd sell and walk away with their own profits.
Other will "assume" the PPS will continue to increase and back up their trucks! only to then get stuck sitting along the bag-holders, retaliating with bashing the stock!
Nonetheless, the best winners are those with deeper reserves to buy larger chunks!
for they'd only need just a Tick or two to walk away with twice the value of their truck(s)
While the small fries are typically obligated to "wait Longer" for a larger ticker increase to make their lil-trucks worth cashing in on!
the problem here, is that the Big guys often crush the PPS on the little guys when they cash in their sizable shares. So the PPS usually never gets high enough for the little guys to take home the beacon!
This is why most of the Bag-holders "ARE" the little guys and small fries!
