There was an assumption of a QB delay. It's coming tomorrow. Why the assumption now that there is a bank delay? Any source?

The BVN, an initiative of the CBN, was launched in February 2014 and is being supported by the bankers’ committee.

I think it is safe to assume our products were designed with the Bank's policies in mind.
