He means the extra value the company has made for itself through clientele, marketing, brand, etc. The Market Cap is simply based off financials only, not the auxiliary extras that come with the company. Disvet thinks it might be worth much more than that, as he stated in previous posts.

The Market Cap represents the amount it would take to buyout the majority shares of the company to gain ownership over the company, it's different from a straight acquisition and a take-over. Usually take-overs are nasty and companies will do things (like dilute) to prevent that from happening (not saying this is the case here, because it's not).
