It isn't correct to call complaints TO the SEC and Nevada SEC complaints and State of Nevada complaints. Unless, of course, you know of complaints made BY those entities.

And why would someone(s) who "allegedly" had a secured note with the brands being the collateral, send a demand letter to Alonzo? What's the point if the contract was breached and/or in default?

Is the lender simply looking after himself?

And he turned down an offer from Alonzo for nearly the same amount of shares Ms. Autry is suppose to be getting (100MM)?
