I must have missed all of those internet stories being circulated. I did not see any mention on CNN Money or MSNBC or FOX Business or Forbes or CNBC. Please point me towards the big story. I cannot seem to find any mention of this piss ant stock. And your story that the SEC has built it's case on the postings of a message board is ludicrous. Blackburn, Reid, Klein and others are nothing but a bunch of scalawags and should be avoided at all cost.

LOL .... Absolutely Not. They have already been found guilty on Social Media. So much for innocent till proven guilty. Or in this case Civilly Responsible as it is a Civil case and not Criminal
It's obviously the SEC attorney who drafted the complaint was either spoon fed the information via telephone or e-mail. Just some of the phrases used in the charges proves this.
IMO The SEC went the information. And the reason is this was the last resort as the previous 13 attempts failed to close Treaty down.
