Being voted on until meeting on Nov. 16th. Up to 8 to 1 was voted on and passed May 8th, it never went into effect, 8 to 1 up to 100 to 1 being voted on now. Has to go into effect by Dec. 12th, I believe, or they get delisted by NASDAQ.
